Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of www.dandacreations.in, operated by D & A Creations, New Delhi, India. Event services themselves are governed by the written proposal and service agreement signed for that event, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
2. Using this site
You are welcome to browse and share this site. The design, text, photography and films on it belong to D & A Creations and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.
3. Enquiries are not bookings
Submitting the contact form, or messaging us on WhatsApp, starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date and does not create a contract. A booking exists only once we have issued a written proposal, you have accepted it in writing, and the booking amount stated in that proposal has been received.
4. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue and assume the scope, date, venue and guest numbers stated in them. A change to any of those may change the price. Third-party costs — venue, catering, talent — are passed through as quoted by that supplier at the time of booking, and may be revised if the supplier revises them before the date is confirmed.
5. Changes, postponement and cancellation
Event plans move, and we will always try to work with you. What we cannot recover are amounts already committed on your behalf: venue holds, vendor deposits and bespoke production are generally non-refundable once placed, because the supplier does not refund us.
Cancellation and postponement terms for your specific event, including notice periods and what remains recoverable at each stage, are set out in the service agreement for that event and are agreed before any money changes hands.
6. Your responsibilities
To deliver well we need decisions and information on time — final guest numbers, approvals on concepts and samples, and access to the venue as agreed. Where a delay in approval makes an element impossible to deliver as designed, we will tell you promptly and propose the best alternative.
7. Photography and publicity
We may photograph or film events we deliver and use that material in our portfolio, on this website and on social media. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing before the event and we will not. We never publish guest lists, contracts or commercial terms.
8. Liability
We take responsibility for the work we do and the crew we put on site. We are not liable for events beyond reasonable control — weather, venue closure, power failure, transport disruption, public restrictions or acts of government — nor for the independent acts of a third-party supplier appointed directly by you. Our total liability in connection with an event is limited to the fees we have charged for that event.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
