D & A Creations (“we”, “us”) operates www.dandacreations.in. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, company or family name, and the event details you choose to give us: type of event, preferred date, approximate guest count and indicative budget.
- Correspondence — emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes exchanged while planning an event.
- Event delivery information — guest lists, dietary requirements, seating plans and similar details, where you provide them so we can deliver your event.
This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking software, and sets no cookies of its own.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal
- To plan, coordinate and deliver an event you have engaged us for
- To share only the details a particular vendor needs in order to do their part
- To meet our accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your details to market unrelated services.
Who we share it with
Venues, decor teams, caterers, photographers, entertainers and other vendors engaged for your event — limited in each case to what that vendor needs. For example, a caterer receives guest numbers and dietary requirements; they do not receive your budget.
Enquiries submitted through this site reach us by email. Our email is hosted on Google Workspace, so message content is stored on Google's servers under their terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Records relating to a delivered event, including invoices, are kept for eight years to meet Indian tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to ramitgupta@dandacreations.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Keeping it secure
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiry correspondence sits in access-controlled email accounts. Vendor briefs contain only the details that vendor needs.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
