Decor and floral studios, lighting and AV suppliers, musicians and performers, photographers and film crews, caterers and gifting suppliers. We brief you properly and pay to terms.

On-ground execution
Set-up and teardown, guest management, registration desks, hospitality support and floor coordination. Hands-on work, early starts, long days, no two the same.
No experience required for crew roles — reliability matters more.
How working with us actually works.
A typical engagement starts four to eight weeks out: venue recce, concept and costing, vendor bookings, then a build day, the event itself, and teardown. Crew are briefed with a call sheet and a run-of-show before they arrive on site.
Crew and vendors are confirmed in writing before the build day, with the call sheet, dress code and reporting time sent in advance. Nobody arrives on site without knowing what the room has to look like, and by when.
- Turn up on time, briefed, and dressed to the call sheet
- Communicate early when something is going to slip
- Treat the client’s guests as your own
- Leave the venue as you found it
- Be able to handle set-up work on your feet, including lifting and carrying
- Hold any licences your trade requires — we will ask to see them
- Decor, floral and lighting teams
- Musicians, DJs, anchors and performers
- Photographers and film crews
- Catering and F&B partners
- Gifting, printing and packaging suppliers
- Event crew for set-up, guest management and teardown
Vendors are engaged per event against a written scope and an agreed rate, confirmed before any work begins. Crew are booked per shift at a rate agreed when you are called. Send your rate card with your profile and we will tell you honestly whether it fits the kind of budgets we work to.
